More than 100 scholarships are awarded each year including those donated by Tatung alumni, Tatung Company and its subsidiaries as well as other companies and institutions. About one fifth of the students receive awards of various kinds each year.

       This University claims a total of 44 student associations, which are set up either with academic purposes or established to render social service, provide entertainment, or promote causes of common interest. Incorporated into The Student Activity Center, all these associations are managed entirely by the students themselves.
